1. The service

The site is a platform where placement agencies post jobs and job seekers apply. LegoTech only operates the platform and is not a party to the relationship between candidate, agency and employer. We do not guarantee employment, job availability, or the accuracy of job details posted by agencies.

2. Account

• Provide accurate details and keep access to your account secure.
• Do not impersonate others or upload another person's data without consent.

3. Your content

• You are responsible for your CV content.
• Do not upload malicious files, offensive content or content infringing others' rights. Suspicious files are blocked.
• By applying you agree that the agency processes your details and presents them to the employer for that job.

4. Agencies

• Agencies must post genuine jobs without discriminatory requirements prohibited by the Equal Employment Opportunities Law and use candidate data only for placement purposes, in line with privacy law.
• The AI score is an aid. Selection decisions are the agency's own responsibility.
• LegoTech may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

5. Liability

The service is provided AS IS. To the extent permitted by law LegoTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, hiring decisions, or user content.

6. General

Israeli law applies; courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. Contact: ofirmalach@gmail.com.
